Yes! All of our hair bows are lovingly handmade with care and attention to detail. Because each bow is handmade, slight variations may occur, making every piece unique.

4-5 Business days.
Each hairbow is handmade with love, crafted just for your little one. Please allow 4-5 business days for your order to be made and shipped.
During holidays, processing may take up to 10 days.
Rush option may be available in our website.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on location. We ship via USPS First class mail unless Priority mail is requested. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
What is your return or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are finals. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 6 days and we will be happy to assist you.

We may offer limited custom colors or styles depending on availability. Please contact us to inquire about custom request.
Do you have pets or smoke in your workplace?
We have two adorable dogs at home, but they are never allowed in our craft room. Our workspace is also completely smoke-free. All hair bows are handmade in a clean, safe, and pet- and smoke-free environment to ensure the highest quality for your little ones.
How should I care for my hair bow?
Spot clean your bow as needed using a damp cloth or gently handwashing the fabric area. Avoid machine washing, soaking, or heat styling.
How should I store my bows?
Store your bows in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Laying them flat or using a bow organizer will help maintain their shape and keep them looking new.
What if my bow arrives damaged?
We handle every order with care, but if your bow arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within 48 contiguous US only. International shipping may be available in the future — follow us on social media for updates!
Do you have a shop or craft room visitors can come to?
Our bows are handmade in our home craft room, which is pet- and smoke-free. At this time, we do not have in-person shopping, but you can browse our full collection online!
